This fee is NON REFUNDABLE. We realize that the cost is higher than a usual “authentic weekend event.” In the end these funds will go towards the period rations for Thursday through Sunday morning, and allow for some very nice “extras.” Registration will open July 15th, 2010. Registration closes February 6th, 2011. Once again, there is a 100 enlisted man maximum. (50 men per company) You will not fully registered until the registration form and payment have been received.

We ask that participants arrive Wednesday afternoon/evening. The event will begin early Thursday morning. (Before day break) The event will end at Noon on Sunday.

Limited Late Arrivals: The event staff realizes that sometimes it is difficult to get the time away from work and families to attend an extended living history event. Therefore we are making some concessions in regards to this matter. We are allowing a total of 20 men, 10 from each company, to arrive later than the Thursday start time. These men MUST be on site, inspected, and in kit by 12 Noon on Friday. Historically the garrison had soldiers coming in and out on furlough, sick leave, or other duties. By allowing these 20 men to arrive later we hope that interested living historians who could otherwise not attend because of the Thursday AM start time can have a chance to attend.

Note: The fees for the 20 participants who choose to arrive later than the Thursday event start do have to pay the same fee as the rest of the participants.
